New Product Development Policy
1. Purpose
To outline Canadian General-Tower Ltd. and Textileather Corporation’s pricing policy for new product development.
2. Scope
All new parts ordered and shipped to each customer location.
3. Definition
New Part = any colour, grain, gloss, construction combination not shipped to a current customer location.
4. Policy
a. All new part orders shall be a minimum of 300 yards
b. Price is $ 50.00 per yard USD
c. Standard Canadian General-Tower Ltd. and Textileather Corp. ‘s Terms and Conditions apply.
d. Material should be ordered on a separate spot buy purchase order.
5. Effective Date: January 1, 2005
